Primary Responsibilities:

AWS services (VPC, Transit Gateway, Cloud watch , AWS network firewall & AWS WAF )

 

  • AWS Cloud Network expertise:
    Understanding of the Networking architecture and related components of AWS Cloud implementation.
    Implement, manage, and operate AWS Transit Gateways and Load balancers
    Creating and improving DevOps Network infrastructure using Terraform
    Lead network projects in the areas of network sustaining engineering, network deployment/implementation, network scaling, technology refresh, best practices application, and/or network optimization.
    Work closely with our automation teams on the tools that allow us to scale at higher volumes.
    Partner with our broader Network/Infrastructure organization in the areas of network engineering, configurations standards, and tools.
    Work closely with our Network/Systems/Software Engineering teams to ensure fast, smooth roll-out of new designs and implementations
    Deliver simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions and processes
    Create and review documentation and processes regarding the network, implementation/deployments, recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of Network and Security services.

• Prepare and maintain up to date documentation detailing configuration of deployed solutions. Generates network configurations, if required.

• Be part of a network operations team whose daily responsibilities include performance day-today management and support of the production network.

• Regular interaction with client service teams as well as technical experts from different vendors or providers.

• Operate candidly and with respect. Honestly accept failures and respond quickly to corrective actions

• Participation in evaluation and execution of Demands Experience/Technical Skills required:

• BS Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.

• Candidates MUST have a minimum of 7 years networking experience

• Experience across Network security administration; installation and configuration of IT Networks, maintenance, troubleshooting and network user management with expertise in installation, upgradation, configuration and support of LAN & WAN hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless access points & controllers.

• Thorough understanding (Packet level) of IP Packet flow, OSI model

• Layer 3 - IP and related technologies (ICMP, TCP, GRE, QoS, VRRP)

 • IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, RIP)

• Layer 2 technologies (Ethernet, 802.1q/p VLAN, STP, RSTP, ARP, PPP, MLPPP, LACP)

• Working experience on various network technologies: Access-list, prefix list, offset list, distribution list, Route map Dynamic & Static NAT, PAT

• Understanding/Exposure/Expertise in one or more areas - MPLS, VPLS, L2 and L3 VPN

• Knowledge of Cisco IOS and Cisco NX-OS running on Cisco products
