Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled GoTo Rescue Live Lens Implementation SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring GoTo Rescue Live Lens solutions, with a strong understanding of remote support and audiovisual remote assistance. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment of GoTo Rescue Live Lens.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the end-to-end implementation of GoTo Rescue Live Lens solutions, including configuration and integration.
•    Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored GoTo Rescue Live Lens solutions.
•    Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
•    Configure GoTo Rescue Live Lens modules, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
•    Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align solutions with strategic goals.
•    Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy.
•    Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
•    Provide training and support to clients on GoTo Rescue Live Lens solutions.
•    Stay updated with the latest GoTo Rescue Live Lens features and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
•    Strong knowledge of GoTo Rescue Live Lens concepts, architecture, and operational configurations.
•    Experience in implementing remote support and audiovisual remote assistance solutions.
•    Proficiency in configuring and customizing GoTo Rescue Live Lens modules.

Certifications:
