Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior FileNet Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in IBM FileNet P8 to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale ECM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, exposure to large implementations, and the ability to work in complex, integrated environments.
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and support solutions using IBM FileNet P8 platform
•    Participate in FileNet upgrades, migrations, re-hosting, and platform modernization initiatives
•    Work extensively on FileNet Content Engine, Process Engine, and Case Manager
•    Develop and customize FileNet workflows, events, subscriptions, and process definitions
•    Build Java/J2EE based integrations using FileNet APIs
•    Configure and manage object stores, document classes, metadata, security, and ACLs
•    Develop and support IBM Content Navigator customizations
•    Integrate FileNet with external systems using REST/SOAP web services
 
 
Required Technical Skills
•    IBM FileNet P8 (CE, PE) - Mandatory
•    IBM DataCap - Mandatory
•    IBM Content Navigator (ICN) - Mandatory
•    Java / J2EE, FileNet APIs- Mandatory
•    Cloud / Hybrid Deployments (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) - Mandatory 
•    Workflow Design and ECM Architecture – Good to have
•    SQL (Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server) – Good to have
•    XML, JSON– Good to have
•    UNIX / Linux (Basic Knowledge) – Good to have
