The Senior Developer will work closely with Business Analysts to understand business requirements thoroughly. The Senior Developer is an individual contributor who is expected to guide junior developers whenever required on technical aspects. Proactively coordinate with Business Analysts, QC and client during Development, QC, UAT and production deployment.
- 4-6 years of experience in Software Development.
- Individual contributor.
- Manage different environments and follow proper deployment process.
- Good knowledge of any RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase along with Query tuning to improve the performance.
- Good knowledge of Data warehouse Concepts, ETL Concepts, ETL Loading Strategies, Data archiving, Data Reconciliation, ETL error handling etc.
- Hands on experience on Pentaho-SPOON.
- Good knowledge of front end reporting tools for BI reporting.
- Hands on experience of basic HTML-CSS, JavaScript or any UI tool is must.
- Understanding of applications in Financial Services domain or related business experience is added advantage.
- Good communication skills – Written and Verbal.
- Education – BE, MCA, CDAC or any Bachelor Degree with technical certification.
