Job Title: UKG Dimension – Functional Consultant
• Around 7 years of experience in UKG Products with 2-3 years hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM (formerly UKG Dimensions)
• Skilled in Analysis, Configuration and Data Integration
• Configures and scheduled interfaces between UKG and other systems
• Work with business users to understand the requirement and create functional design
• Implement UKG Dimensions with needed configurations
• Handle support tickets and enhancements.
• Should have knowledge of designing WFD Custom reports
Role/Expectations on Project:
• To work as individual contributor in the capacity of functional consultant across implementation & support project
• Understand the site-specific delta functional requirements
• Module configuration like…
• UKG Activities/Labor module configurations,
• UKG Attestation,
• UKG Kiosks,
• UKG Analytics,
• UKG Absences,
• UKG Accruals, and
• UKG Integration Setup
• Pay Policy modules like Adjustment rules, Holiday Profiles, Pay rules
• Smoke & integration testing, supported system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios)
• Interact with users and managers for issue resolution
• Functional Design documentation
• Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution.
• Adhering to project timelines and deliverables
• Maintain standards and procedures. Preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures -
• Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution.
• Handholding technical development team wherever required
• Debugging and configuring new Devices in UDM (Universal Device Management)
Role/Expectations towards competency:
• Manage detailed training & documentation to build internal Capability.
