Job Title: User Access Management Automation SME

Experience: 8+years

Location: Mumbai/ Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of user access management automation solutions, including configuration and integration.
Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored user access management automation solutions.
Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
Configure IAM modules, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align solutions with strategic goals.
Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy.
Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
Provide training and support to clients on user access management automation solutions.
Stay updated with the latest IAM features and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes.
Required Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, architecture, and operational configurations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in working with enterprise systems and integrations.
Familiarity with networking and security concepts.
Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively with clients.

Certifications:

Relevant IAM certifications (preferred)
Relevant IT or automation certifications (preferred)
