Job Description
6-8 Years of relevant experience in Viva Connections & Viva Engage Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing employee experience solutions using Microsoft Viva Connections and Viva Engage. 

Must have skills:
Viva Connections (Intranet & EX)
Design and implement Viva Connections–based intranet experiences integrated with Microsoft Teams
Configure and manage Dashboard cards, News, Feed, and Resources
Integrate SharePoint Online as the content backbone for Viva Connections
Enable role based and geo based personalization of dashboards and resources
Support intranet modernization and migration initiatives
Ensure branding, navigation, and UX alignment with enterprise standards
Viva Engage (Employee Communities & Engagement)
Design and govern Viva Engage communities (formerly Yammer)
Define community structures, roles (admins, moderators), and usage guidelines
Enable leadership communication, campaigns, Q&A, events, and Storylines
Monitor and moderate content to ensure compliance and quality
Drive engagement initiatives and community adoption programs
Governance, Security & Compliance
Define governance models for Viva Connections and Engage
Configure roles, permissions, and access controls
Ensure alignment with M365 security, compliance, and retention policies
Support audit, eDiscovery, and data governance requirements
