- Understanding Business capabilities, Business Processes and Technology Landscape
- In depth understanding and experience of supporting portal applications
- In depth understanding and experience of working on Oracle/ SQL database
- Ability to write the custom queries and stored procedures in DB to retrieve data as per business requirement.
- Understanding of ETL, Middleware technology
- Ability to interact with Business stakeholders.
- Presentation and documentation skills
- Understanding of IT Service management framework, processes (ITIL)
- Understanding of Software Delivery Life Cycle with Agile methodology in DevOps Environment
