Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, scrum master, or agile delivery, operational analyst role.
- Experience working in software development or technical environments
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with data tracking and visualization
- Working knowledge of building reports and dashboards for Azure Devops in PowerBI
- Understanding of Azure DevOps boards and agile tools
- Self-starter with a mindset for continuous improvement and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Power BI experience
