Job role for an Infrastructure Transformation Architect that includes responsibilities and requirements for on-premises VMware datacenter support with ability to work with US clients and lead the infra team for build and hypercare support

• DC Transformation Projects: Experience in data centre transformation projects, including environment analysis, right-sizing for the future, and designing and implementing on public and on-premises cloud1.
• Implementation / Migration: Hands-on experience in migrating virtual and physical infrastructure from the as-is environment to newly built infrastructure on public/private cloud1.
• Cloud Build Projects: Experience in cloud build projects, cloud migration /transformation, and the ability to understand business requirements and transform them into robust and efficient solutions1.
• Hyper-Care support: Ensure build / migration support 24x7 with support teams during hyper-care
• Handson Building infra : Experience in building infra onprem with VMware, Nutanix/HyperV based on on-premises hyperconverged infrastructure1.
• Infrastructure Migration Strategies: Craft infrastructure migration strategies, principles, and high-level design documents1.
• Low-Level Design Documents: Review and stitch infrastructure low-level design documents, including compute, storage and backup, database, networks, and security1.
• Implementation Plan: Develop implementation plans for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies and business requirements1.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware Infrastructure 4.x/5.x/6.x, VMware SRM, VMware Realize, VMware Licensing, Hyper-V 2008R2/2012R2, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager1.
• Understanding of N/w & AD : Understanding of implementing network and Active directory in complex migration . ability to drive solution and team for day-day delivery and support
