Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and architecture of strategic solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements of our organization and our clients.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow, focusing on areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow development.

- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow.

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization and our clients.
