Job Title: HCM – HR Helpdesk Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HCM – HR Helpdesk Consultant to support, configure, and maintain HR Helpdesk solutions within the HCM ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain HR Helpdesk modules within the HCM application.

  • Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.

  • Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving HR Helpdesk-related issues.

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.

  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and validation of enhancements.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams for process improvements.

  • Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user guides.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer and user training sessions.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend process optimization opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in HCM applications and HR Helpdesk functionality.

  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and case management.

  • Experience in configuration, testing, and production support.

  • Ability to analyze and resolve functional issues independently.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of incident management and ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud HR Helpdesk.

  • Understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent modules.

  • Exposure to integrations, reporting, and security concepts.

  • Experience working in Agile projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant HCM certifications are preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in HCM applications.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR Helpdesk support and configuration.

Location

  • Noida / Hyderabad / Bengaluru (as per business requirement)

Notice Period

  • Immediate to 30 days preferred.
