Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Refresh & Asset Lifecycle Services

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Technology Refresh program including lifecycle management for network infrastructure
• Oversee device procurement, staging, deployment, and decommissioning across all geographies, coordinating with regional logistics, vendors, and Customer site managers.
• Drive and track completion milestones
• Manage device deployment and ISE (Identity Services Engine) integration across refreshed sites, including ISE modernization to enable Zero Trust access and advanced network segmentation.
• Define and enforce hardware standards, configuration baselines, and device hardening policies across the global network estate.

2. Network Segmentation & IP Management Services

• Architect and drive the Enterprise Network Segmentation (Infrastructure Segmentation & Access Control)s
• Design VLAN segmentation schemes, subnet allocation plans, and access control policies aligned to Zero Trust principles across OT, IoT, corporate, and guest network zones.
• Lead the technical assessment of enterprise network security posture, reviewing risk exposure, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement role-based access control (RBAC), micro-segmentation, and policy-based network access (PBNAC) across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain IP address management (IPAM) plans, documentation, and change records for all segmented environments.
