Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with background in Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry background, coupled with expertise in IT services. This role involves managing domain solutions, analyzing business processes, creating GTM strategy and work towards growth of accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand and drive Manufacturing domain discussions with various stakeholders
Create business capability maps, value chain diagrams etc. for various sub verticals and micro verticals in Manufacturing and drive customer/sales discussions on the same.
Work on projects as domain SME/Business analyst in Manufacturing domain where required.
Conduct & lead meetings involving multiple stakeholders like HBU Leaders, Sales Leaders, C-suite Management Leaders to achieve the desired outcome
Perform research-oriented analysis & provide recommendations to the CXOs. Craft future strategies for growth & create roadmap for the same
Work collaboratively with multiple HBUs to identify solutions for packaging
Active involvement in solution ideas identification,  business case preparation, solution development & launch
Work hand in hand with Marketing team to create GTM strategy of the packaged solutions.
Curate & collate customer success stories for the major clients across multiple HBUs.
Identify niche partners for identified solutions & build the partnership strategy.
Engage with partners, work with Legal team & bring them on-board after multiple consultations with Sales leaders, VBU leaders.
Prepare the strategy for analyst events with Gartner, ISG & others by coordinating with Analyst relations teams, HBU leaders, GEO leaders
Participate & engage effectively in Analyst briefing calls & implement the inputs as received.
Perform industry, competitors research & engage with sales teams to prepare decks for customer meetings.

Skills and Competencies:
5-8 years of IT experience in customer facing or pre-sales roles in any domain. MBA is preferred.
Manufacturing/ EnU domain experience would be a plus.
Basic understanding of Digital technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Need to be creative, driven & detail oriented.
Result driven individuals with strong analytical & presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
