Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in technical sales or pre-sales consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong technical background, with expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements and develop customized ServiceNow solutions to meet their needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions to customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and support sales activities.
