The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Profit and Loss (P&L), creating revenue and gross margin forecasts, and tracking utilization against planned versus actual financials. This role is critical in driving financial performance and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• P&L Management: Oversee and manage the P&L for various projects, ensuring financial targets are met and variances are addressed promptly.
• Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue and gross margin forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data.
• Financial Tracking: Monitor and report on utilization rates, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and financial performance is optimized.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of planned versus actual financials, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and department heads to align financial goals with project objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in financial management and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on project management and financial oversight.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
