  • Experience in working with Life Insurance and understand its business processes.
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC and Agile methodology.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner and can work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and Facilitation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Strong Knowledge on JIRA Cloud.
  • Experience in using Collaboration tools for e.g., MIRO
