We are Looking for experienced SAP BTP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) Developer . The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to design, develop, and implement cloud-native applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow software solutions to enhance our business processes. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your expertise in ServiceNow will be crucial in improving our IT service management and automating business processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow - CSM to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to design and improve IT service models.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow - CSM
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Excellent understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow - ITOM
  • Experience with ServiceNow - ITBM
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow - HRSD
  • Understanding of ServiceNow - GRC
  • Proficiency in AngularJS
  • Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with database design schemas and data modeling
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
