Role: Behavioral & Leadership Trainer
Location: Noida
Educational Qualification: Post‑graduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred
Experience : 8-12 Years
Role & responsibilities:
- Design and deliver behavioral and leadership programs across levels.
- Facilitate VILT and ILT sessions and manage end‑to‑end program execution.
- Partner with business units to understand learning needs and translate them into effective interventions.
- Own and update the Behavioral & Leadership learning catalogue and L&D microsite content.
- Coordinate with facilitators, SMEs, HRBPs, and stakeholders for smooth program delivery.
- Track training effectiveness and use feedback for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to future‑focused learning areas such as power skills, micro‑coaching, and digital resilience.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong understanding of behavioral and leadership competencies.
- Experience in facilitating virtual and in‑person workshops.
- Program and stakeholder management capability.
- Content review and instructional design exposure.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Hands‑on experience in behavioral or leadership training delivery.
- Exposure to digital and blended learning platforms.
- Post‑graduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred.
