Role: Behavioral & Leadership Trainer

 

Location: Noida

 

Educational Qualification: Post‑graduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred

 

Experience : 8-12 Years

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver behavioral and leadership programs across levels.
  • Facilitate VILT and ILT sessions and manage end‑to‑end program execution.
  • Partner with business units to understand learning needs and translate them into effective interventions.
  • Own and update the Behavioral & Leadership learning catalogue and L&D microsite content.
  • Coordinate with facilitators, SMEs, HRBPs, and stakeholders for smooth program delivery.
  • Track training effectiveness and use feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to future‑focused learning areas such as power skills, micro‑coaching, and digital resilience.

 

Key Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong understanding of behavioral and leadership competencies.
  • Experience in facilitating virtual and in‑person workshops.
  • Program and stakeholder management capability.
  • Content review and instructional design exposure.
  • Strong communication and execution skills.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Hands‑on experience in behavioral or leadership training delivery.
  • Exposure to digital and blended learning platforms.
  • Post‑graduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred.
