Job Description- EWM Functional Consultant
As a EWM Functional consultant incumbent is expected to:
• Participate in implementation and Rollout projects
• be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
• prepare functional design and specifications, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.
• Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.
• Conduct or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.
• Support end users and customers to troubleshoot the technical issues in EWM tool
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change and enhancement requests
• Liaison with other teams like EWM Technical, ABAP technical, Fiori consultants etc to get the customer issues resolved from time to time.
• Build relationships with clients to help the organisation become the go-to partner for SAP EWM
• Any other task assigned by the Project Manager/supervisor/client
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience).
• Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and S4 HANA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in support projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Inventory Management and Material Master functional expertise (system configuration) is required.
Preferably:
• SAP Certification in EWM
