Job Description:
We are looking to add new consultants to our team of Infor LN ERP Consulting Team. This client-facing role will work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate these requirements into end products.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and proactive individual who is ready to take on their next challenge, who can use their experience and skill set to understand designs and code using new tools/programming language.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in Baan IV /Infor ERP as Techno Consultant. Baan IV experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Development & Customizations, Migration, Re-Engineering and Test Cases in various functional modules.
- Experience with Baan IV, Baan V and Infor LN Tools, Administration & Implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Infor OS, ION, Workflow, BOD/BDE Development, Web services, IDM & LN Studio.
- Proficiency in C, SQL, and Core Java.
- Extensive experience with Baan tools, sessions, forms, reports, Multi Main tables (MMT session), 3GL, 4GL Scripts, PL/SQL, DAL2, AFS, User Exits, and extensibility.
- Deep understanding of Order Management (Purchase and Sales), Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing modules of ERP LN.
- Handle Support Tickets and resolve them within the SLAs set by the customer.
- Understand Business Requirements, Translate them into Technical designs, and assist in code realization.
- Develop Reports.
- Communicate technical issues, key insights, and findings to the team.
- Continuously seek ways to add better value to the Customer.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience with implementing or supporting ERP applications. Candidates with experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP in a manufacturing/distribution/planning environment are strongly preferred.
- Functional knowledge in LN Manufacturing / supply chain. Finance or Business experience in same domain area will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience with the creation of Technical Specifications and the creation & execution of test cases.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in IT and any software certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
