Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced JIRA Service Manager to oversee and manage our JIRA Service Management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Configure JIRA: Oversee the configuration and management of JIRA Service Management projects to meet organizational needs.
  • Workflow Development: Develop and manage complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
  • Project Management: Create and manage project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, preparing status reports as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Ensure all team members have the required information and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to JIRA end users.
  • Reporting: Create and manage complex reports and dashboards for the management team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on JIRA Service Management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in JIRA Service Management and other Atlassian tools.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • ITIL Certification
  • JIRA Administrator Certification
