Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced JIRA Service Manager to oversee and manage our JIRA Service Management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Configure JIRA: Oversee the configuration and management of JIRA Service Management projects to meet organizational needs.
- Workflow Development: Develop and manage complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Project Management: Create and manage project plans, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, preparing status reports as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure all team members have the required information and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to JIRA end users.
- Reporting: Create and manage complex reports and dashboards for the management team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on JIRA Service Management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in JIRA Service Management and other Atlassian tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Certification
- JIRA Administrator Certification
