- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) - Details the specific functionalities the software must perform.
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS) - Combines both functional and non-functional requirements which provides a comprehensive view for developers and testers.
- Use Case Document - Describes how users will interact with the system which Includes scenarios, actors, and expected outcomes.
- Process Flow Diagrams / Workflow Diagrams - Visual representation of system processes which helps clarify logic and dependencies.
- Change Management Document. Tracks requirement changes and their impact. Experience with creating RTM.
- Helps maintain scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Create training materials and SOPs for end-users. Communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for UAT. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure solution quality.
Good to have :
- Experience with working on Azure Devops.
- Background of .net or Testing
- Knowledge of working with tools like Visio, Miro, Lucidchart.
