Job Title: Functional Lead / Analyst – Insurance / Reinsurance (Moody’s Analytics)

Exp+8+years:

Mandate skill- business analyst/functional consultant on Moody’s (RMS) IRP including Risk Modeler, data bridge, UnderwriteIQ, TreatyIQ, ExposureIQ (not all the modules are mandatory, RISK MODELER is mandatory module)

Role Summary

Act as SME in the insurance and reinsurance domain, providing best-practice guidance to clients and delivery teams.  This role is responsible for understanding client business processes, translating them into high-quality functional design requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of Moody’s Intelligent Risk Platform (IRP) including Risk Modeler, Underwrite IQ, Exposure IQ, Treaty IQ. The Functional Lead will mentor and guide other analysts, solution architects, developers, QA engineers, on Insurance/Reinsurance domain and ensure overall solution quality

Key Responsibilities

•            Act as the functional lead, Business analyst and domain expert for RMS/Moody’s IRP.

•            Provide industry best-practice advice aligned with insurance/reinsurance Risk modeling using RMS/Moody’s platform.

•            Deeply understand client business processes and pain points and translate them into clear, detailed functional design specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

•            Overall 8 years or more experience in insurance and/or reinsurance domain, including underwriting, exposure management, claims, and risk modeling.

•            At least 4+ years of experience in catastrophe modeling including hands-on experience working on Risk modeling platform, preferably RMS/Moody’s IRP.

•            2+ years of experience in RMS/Moody’s IRP Implementation or Cloud migration projects
