Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to learning and training processes.
- Configure and maintain:
- Learning Items
- Curricula
- Programs
- Assignments
- Learning Paths
- Classes and Schedules
- User Groups
- Domains and Security Roles
- Libraries and Categories
- Configure automatic assignment profiles and learning recommendations.
- Manage instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and online learning programs.
- Support certification and compliance training requirements.
- Work closely with HR, Training, Compliance, and Business teams to define learning strategies.
Technical Responsibilities
- Configure LMS workflows and notifications.
- Support integrations between LMS and:
- Employee Central
- Platform
- Virtual Learning Systems
- Third-party content providers
- Coordinate LMS data migration activities and validation.
- Support SSO and authentication configurations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain LMS reports.
- Create custom reports using:
- Plateau Reports
- Story reports
- People Analytics
- Canvas Reports
- Analyze learning completion metrics and compliance reports.
