Job Title: DevOps Engineer & Kubernetes/Docker SME

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 10 to 12 years of extensive experience in Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating and streamlining operations and processes, as well as managing containerized applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure security best practices for containerized environments.
• Provide support and guidance for development and operations teams.
• Document infrastructure designs and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in containerization and DevOps.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
