Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketo Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced marketing automation solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Marketo, hands-on API integration experience, and the ability to architect scalable workflows that align with sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Marketo Development & Automation
• Design, build, and optimize complex Marketo programs, nurture streams, and lead scoring models.
• Develop and maintain dynamic content, snippets, tokens, and program templates.
API & Integration
• Develop custom integrations using Marketo REST/SOAP APIs and LaunchPoint connectors.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and third-party systems.
Data Management & Architecture
• Maintain data hygiene, enrichment, and normalization across platforms.
• Architect scalable solutions for lead lifecycle, routing, and attribution.
Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot sync/API issues, and resolve campaign execution errors.
• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for new solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo development and administration.
• Expertise in Marketo APIs, LaunchPoint services, and integrations with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Velocity scripting, JSON, XML.
• Proven experience building scalable, modular program templates and workflows.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution, and marketing operations best practices.
• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) required; additional certifications preferred.
