 Primary Skill:
•    Hands-on experience on Maximo 7.6
•    MBO's/ Java Customization  
•    Maximo Automation Script Writing with python/Jython language
•    Maximo Technical Work - App / DB Configurations
•    Data Validation & Upload
•    Maximo Integration Framework (Rest API, Webservice integration etc)
•    Migration Manager Packages
•    Understanding of Websphere Application Server, Clustering, EAR Build & Deployment, WebSphere support Start & stop Maximo application server, managing inbound & outbound queues
•    BIRT Reports Customization
•    Architectural Setup
•    Cron tasks and escalation management

•    Maximo Instance Support & tickets handling,
•    Client handling,

•    Customer Meetings

•    Knowledge Transfer on Business Processes

•    Status Reporting    
•    Meeting SLAs
•    Monitor ticket resolution progress & outstanding issues
•    Provide input on strategy, policies and major issue resolutions 
•    Share the Regular review updates of the engagement.
•    Publish the dashboard on a regular basis and discuss the progress.
•    SLA Data collection and Status reporting
•    On-call support for P0/P1 Tickets 24/7 Response, & resolution of the tickets
•    Monitor trouble ticket queues
•    Prepare design document for minor enhancement
•    Perform functional review and testing 
•    WebSphere support Start & stop Maximo application server, build & deploy EAR files, managing inbound & outbound queues, Websphere patching.
•    Writing Oracle queries, for running reports Interact with end users, and other support team as required
•    Learn and follow all Methodologies, Standards and Guidelines and Tools and Techniques employed
•    Take the process optimization opportunities leading to overall betterment of GE Power & Water Maximo environment
•    Work on Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, Interface, Reports, WAS and other In Scope activities.
