- 12-15 Years of Testing Experience and currently playing role of Delivery Manager
- 5-7 Years experience on Managing ERP Testing with end-to-end Delivery
- 10+ Years’ Experience on Test Management with Handling of test size of 20+
- 5+ Years’ Experience on Independent management of Testing project
- Good Exposure on Testing Estimations
- Experience and hands on experience on Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation- and resource planning
- Good Understanding of Testing Metrics, KPI and reporting experience
- Good Communication skills and Out of India work experience is preferred
- Good Understanding of Testing Toll Gates, Test Reporting and Other Project communication
- Experience on Agile methodology and understand the concepts
- Experience on Testing Solutions, RFP Solutioning
- Experience on management of Automation testing
