Looking for Automation Delivery Manager with 20+ Years of experience and Test Management of 30+ people
- Overall 15+ Years Industry Experience in Automation Testing.
- Hands-on Automation Framework development knowledge specially on Selenium
- Good Understanding of Automation Estimation, End to End Process and Metrics
- Good Communication skills with experience on Client Presentations, Reporting
- Should possess good hands-on experience on Review automation test scripts, Framework Development, ROI Calculation
- Experience in leading a QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
- Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies
- Experience on Automation Test Script Desing, Reviews and Defect Management
- Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Reporting
- Experience on Creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Approach based on Program.
- Experience on Azzure, Devops, CI/CD
- Plan continuous improvements, New Technical Initiatives, Productivity Improvements
- Handson Experience on Azzure Devops is preferable.
