- **Test Manager (Guidewire)**

- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in testing, specifically including Guidewire testing, Portal, Billing Center, Claim Center, Rating, and Policy Center.
- Over 10 years of experience in Guidewire implementation projects across different lines of business.
- Ability to leverage technology to drive innovative approaches to controls testing.
- Utilize testing work to provide insights that drive improvements in the overall control environment, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Expertise in creating test strategies and plans.
- Ability to analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- GW Certification is mandatory (ACE Preferred).
