Title:  Program Manager

Area(s) of responsibility

To drive end-to-end Project Management responsibility, in terms of owning, driving and be accountable for IT Transformation projects (Cloud Migration or Modernization, Datacenter refresh, Domain carveouts, Network Refresh, Tools, Automation Projects). 

•    Lead the planning and implementation of Projects including defining project scope, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

•    Excellent communication (C-Level presence) and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•    Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is desirable.

•    Developing new project plans using project management tools in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and team members.

•    Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a global environment (regions include Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific).

•    Outlining the resourcing strategy and Monitor team’s performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.

•    Good understanding of financial planning and tracking. 

•    Evaluating each project's effectiveness by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff.

•    Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation plans.
