Area(s) of responsibility

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Stakeholder management, ownership of day-to-day operations of data center and infra services
•    Responsible for end-to-end delivery for data center operations and technology
•    Work closely with offshore team to deliver the customer requirement.
•    Work closely with onshore program manager to deliver the customer requirement , priority tasks
•    Regular interaction with client service teams as well as technical experts from different vendors or providers
•    Participation in evaluation and execution of Demands/ requirement/ projects

Experience/Technical Skills required:
•    BE/ BS Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.
•    Candidates MUST have a minimum of 15-18 years’ experience in infrastructure management – Data center and Cloud
•    Good understanding of Networking, Firewalls, Security, Voice
•    Experience across System administration (Wintel, Linux), network security administration; installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting of operating systems, databases
•    Experience or understanding of Database administration
•    Understanding of backup & storage technologies
•    Good knowledge and experience of cloud infrastructure on Azure.
•    Troubleshooting the issues related Window, O365, Network, database, Storage
•    Problem-solving ability (Troubleshooting, resourcefulness), Ability to recognize and respond quickly to critical matters.
•    Advanced troubleshooting skills within a data center, cloud or large enterprise network
•    Providing deployment guidance to ensure that implementations are consistent with design specifications
•    Participate in team projects and project/technology transition
•    Applying industry best practices to the design, planning, and implementation of the infrastructure, data center, cloud
•    Handling Technical Escalations received from Customer.
•    Understand and follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) within teams & vendors
•    Follow Various Industry Standard Process in-terms of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management, etc.
•    Experience in Multi-vendor environment will be added advantage
•    Strong professional communication skills, both written and spoken
•    Motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment as well as individually without constant direct supervision
