We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations and transformation programs for Manufacturing and Automotive enterprises. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce delivery, stakeholder governance, ERP integration programs, and large-scale rollout management, particularly across sales processes, aftermarket service, warranty, assets, and supply chain–adjacent processes.
You will own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring successful execution across multiple Salesforce clouds while aligning business outcomes, timelines, quality, risk, and budget.

Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
•    Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation programs (single or multi-org) from inception through stabilization.
•    Manage multi-cloud Salesforce engagements including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
•    Govern delivery across cross-functional teams (Salesforce architects, developers, BAs, QA, integration, data, change management).
•    Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
Manufacturing / Automotive Domain Delivery
•    Lead Salesforce programs covering: 
o    Dealer / Distributor network enablement
o    Aftermarket service operations (case management, service contracts, entitlements)
o    Warranty & claims management
o    Assets / Installed base & serial number tracking
o    Parts ordering, returns, and service logistics
o    Fleet, B2B, and multi-site account hierarchies
•    Ensure Salesforce solutions align to OEM, Tier 1 supplier, and distributor operating models.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
•    Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business sponsors, IT heads, and Salesforce COEs.
•    Drive executive steering committees, QBRs, RAID discussions, and milestone reviews.
•    Manage expectations across global stakeholders, resolving conflicts related to scope, priority, funding, and timelines.

Delivery Governance & Risk Management
•    Establish strong delivery governance including: 
o    Scope management and change control
o    Risk & dependency tracking
o    Quality gates and phase exits
•    Proactively identify risks related to integrations (ERP, CLM, other 3rd party and inhouse applications), data migration, security, and performance.
•    Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

Financial & Commercial Ownership
•    Own project financials: Budget planning and tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin management, vendor and SI partner coordination
•    Support presales through, Program estimates, Delivery approach, Program roadmap and resourcing plans. Agile & Release Management

Must Have Skills & Qualifications
•    Proven experience leading end to end Salesforce programs for Manufacturing or Automotive clients. 15+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of Salesforce project management experience.
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and implementation of best practices.
•    Hands-on experience managing ERP integrations (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) with Salesforce.
•    Deep understanding of dealer/distributor landscapes, service models, and asset centric business processes.

Certifications (Strongly Preferred)
•    Salesforce Certified Administrator / Consultant (Sales or Service Cloud)
•    SAFe Agilist / SAFe Program Consultant / PMP / PRINCE2.
