Title:  Selenium JDE Testing

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage a team of test automation engineers for JD Edwards (JDE) applications.
•    Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks tailored for JDE.
•    Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into automated test scripts.
•    Drive CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
•    Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of automation solutions.
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to define automation strategy and roadmap.
•    Monitor and report on automation progress, defects, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Expertise:
•    Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python for automation scripting.
•    Proven experience in creating custom Selenium frameworks for JDE applications.
•    Solid understanding of JDE functional flows and testing methodologies.
•    Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
•    Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and pipeline integration.
•    Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
•    Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
