Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, developing and implementing solutions, and providing technical support to users. The ServiceNow Analyst will also be responsible for creating and managing workflows, generating reports, and working closely with other team members to ensure the platform meets the company's needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
•    Implement, configure, and manage the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
•    Provide support for ServiceNow operations, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
•    Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and improvements.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in ServiceNow platform: The candidate must have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, functionalities, and modules.
•    IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge: The candidate should have a strong understanding of ITSM processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
•    Communication skills: The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages.
•    Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
•    Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and API's.
•    Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and cloning.
•    Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
•    Experience with ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
•    Understanding of ITIL processes.
•    Familiarity with ServiceNow's Performance Analytics and Reporting.
•    Experience with ServiceNow's Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.
•    Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Implementation.
