PMO Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO to join our software testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the software testing domain, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for software testing projects.
•    Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams.
•    Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
•    Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that testing activities meet established standards and requirements.
•    Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. Manage team performance and provide guidance and support.
•    Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
•    Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
•    Experience: 6-7 years of experience in project management within the software testing domain.
•    Skills:
•    Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
•    Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
