    1. Basic Java scripting knowledge.
    2. L1 & L2 server support (Windows service starts, stops, restarts).
    3. L2 IT Servicedesk support & Queue monitoring.
    4. Code promotion and migration (DLL & Class files).
    1. Autosys tool scheduling support and administration, hands-on experience in either one:
      1. CA WLA (Workload Automation)
      2. BMC Control-M (Helix)
    1. Cloud based infrastructure (IAAS) support awareness.
  • Incident creation and handling using ITIL based ticketing tool.
  • Active directory management.
  • Team player.
