Title: Sr Architect- Salesforce
Area(s) of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12-15 years) work experience. 12+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Expertise in multiple Salesforce Products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Industry Clouds, Omnistudio) and can embed these capabilities into existing or new Salesforce Platform based solutions
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform
- Discover the customer's business needs, and position the best Salesforce solution to achieve those business objectives
- Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations focused on Salesforce products to multiple customer personas showing how Salesforce will accelerate their business strategies and a path to value.
- Convey a deep understanding of the customer's architecture as it pertains to Salesforce's solutions
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional solutions guides, and align them to the opportunity strategy
- Develop and deliver the story of the customer experience aided by Salesforce technologies
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position
- Experience in developing custom solutions/products on Salesforce platform. Experience in designing managed packages, understanding of the process
- Good knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce, Should be able to create use cases in Agentforce and Copilot
- Support design creation leveraging best practices and reviews with architects
- Experience in designing quick starts, POCs and accelerators
- Experience with CPQ, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing or Automotive Clouds
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, Marketing AppExchange Knowledge, and deep knowledge in several AppExchange packages
- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, flows, process builders, data migration, AppExchange products etc.
- Work on estimations and contribute to pre-sales activities. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Experienced in stakeholder management and client engagement
- Experience in Agile projects
- Preferred Certifications - Salesforce Sales, Service , CPQ Consultant certification, Data Cloud, AI
