Job Title: Service Now Administrator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•    Configure , Develop & Maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance
•    User management, Incident and problem management, Change management and service catalog management 
•    Implementing customizations, integrations, and process automations
•    Monitor the system to resolve any technical glitches
•    Assist and manage application upgrades, loading, and data maintenance
•    Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and offer training on ServiceNow functionalities
•    Understand and implement approved system change requests under change guidance, interface with users, and support testing
•    Write technical and customer-accessible documentation and participate in the delivery of other relevant training
•    Work with other IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions
