Role & responsibilities:
Compensation Management
- Support annual and off‑cycle compensation review cycles, including data validation, analysis, and system uploads.
- Assist in pay range creation, maintenance, and governance, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal parity.
- Support executive compensation analysis, modelling, and documentation as required.
Variable Pay & Incentives
- Manage end‑to‑end VPI (Variable Pay Incentive) processing, including eligibility checks, calculations, validations, and payouts.
- Support VPI plan design and modifications, including performance measures, payout logic, and policy documentation.
- Administer sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payouts, and clear communication to stakeholders.
Benchmarking & Market Analysis
- Participate in compensation benchmarking exercises using external surveys (e.g., Mercer, Deloitte, Aon, etc.).
- Analyze market data to support pay positioning, offer fitment, and internal equity assessments.
- Prepare insights and presentations for leadership on compensation competitiveness.
Benefits Design & Administration
- Support benefit program design and enhancements, including statutory and non‑statutory benefits.
- Coordinate with vendors, insurers, and internal teams for benefit administration and issue resolution.
- Assist in policy updates and employee communications related to benefits.
Governance, Systems & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy of compensation data in HR systems.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain SOPs, policies, and process documentation for Total Rewards programs.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of Total Rewards initiatives.
- Respond to employee and leadership queries related to compensation, incentives, and benefits.
