Title:  Sr Executive-Sales/Biz Development

Area(s) of responsibility

1. Understand and drive Manufacturing domain discussions with various stakeholders
2. Create business capability maps, value chain diagrams etc. for various sub verticals and micro verticals in Manufacturing and drive customer/sales discussions on the same.
3. Work on projects as domain SME/Business analyst in Manufacturing domain where required.
4. Conduct & lead meetings involving multiple stakeholders like HBU Leaders, Sales Leaders, C-suite Management Leaders to achieve the desired outcome
5. Perform research-oriented analysis & provide recommendations to the CXOs. Craft future strategies for growth & create roadmap for the same
6. Work collaboratively with multiple HBUs to identify solutions for packaging
7. Active involvement in solution ideas identification,  business case preparation, solution development & launch
8. Work hand in hand with Marketing team to create GTM strategy of the packaged solutions.
