Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&C insurance processes, experience in working with Policy Administration Systems (PAS), CRM Systems and proficiency in Salesforce platforms. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, and driving Salesforce-based insurance solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Must-Have:
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud).
• Strong expertise in Policy and CRM processes in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations and process automation.
• Proficiency in ADO, ServiceNow, Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
✅ Good-to-Have:
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and ETL tools for Salesforce integration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC models.
