Job Title: SAP MM Lead Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant to oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP Materials Management (MM) module. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP MM implementation and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and inventory.
• Configure SAP MM components including material master, vendor master, purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Collaborate with SAP FI/CO, SD, and other module consultants for integrated solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Manage data migration and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP MM with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD).
• Should be proficient with third part interfaces on ALE IDOCs, file transfer etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• SAP certification in MM is a plus.
• Candidate should also be preparing his functional specifications and will assist the technical team in need during enhancement work.
