Role: Senior Manager Information Security
Location: Noida / Pune
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience : 12-14 Years
Role & responsibilities:
- Cloud & Infrastructure Security: Oversee security for cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring robust controls and continuous monitoring.
- Incident Management: Lead the incident response process, including detection, containment, and remediation.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and implement new security tools and technologies to strengthen defenses.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, delivery teams, and business units to embed security practices.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness.
Skills Required:
- 12+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 4–5 years in Managerial roles.
- Proven track record in managing security operations, incident lifecycle, and cloud security (AWS, Azure AD, M365).
- Hands-on experience with security platforms like EDR, XDR, DLP, CASB, SIEM integration, SOC.
- Exposure to ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
