Key Responsibility Areas

    • Work with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer specific programs & learning journeys.
    • Create and deliver flagship leadership development programs.
    • Offer development up to senior levels in the organization through role-based programs.
    • Ensure employees make the most of learning opportunities through post training support.
    • Assess the success of development programs through robust effectiveness checks.
    • Support the program manager in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioural and managerial programs.
    • Support other initiatives as necessary including Women’s Leadership Development, etc.
    • Creating blended learning programs with micro learning content, & playlists curation
    • Lead Major projects and academies and ensure the right governance for these intiatives

Qualification

Min. qualification required

  • Master’s degree in business administration/ HR/ Psychology
  • Qualification in Instructional Design (preferable)

Relevant Experience

Min. no. of years of relevant experience required

  • 12-15 years

 

  • L&D Experience of 8+ years preferable

 

  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

 

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

 

  • Experience in designing and delivering instructor led sessions in in-person and virtual formats

 

  • Experience in developing e learning content preferable

 

Technical /Functional Capabilities

Job Specific knowledge and skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)

 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management

 

  • Ability to build rapport with employees

 

  • Resourceful, analytical & proactive in approach

 

  • Strong trainer presence, ability to research and create quality content.
