Key Responsibility Areas

- Work with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer specific programs & learning journeys.
- Create and deliver flagship leadership development programs.
- Offer development up to senior levels in the organization through role-based programs.
- Ensure employees make the most of learning opportunities through post training support.
- Assess the success of development programs through robust effectiveness checks.
- Support the program manager in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioural and managerial programs.
- Support other initiatives as necessary including Women’s Leadership Development, etc.
- Creating blended learning programs with micro learning content, & playlists curation
- Lead Major projects and academies and ensure the right governance for these intiatives
