- Experience: At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale digital projects, with at least 4 years of experience leading ServiceNow programs
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate well with clients and internally
- Organization: Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of the latest technology trends in ServiceNow products
- Project management: Proven experience as a program manager, with senior project management skills around ServiceNow projects
- Certification: PMP/Prince2 or similar program/project management certification is additional achievement.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
