To be a ITIL 4 certified
Should have hands on experience in handling Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident Management process
Should have experience in running BAU Operations
Knowledge in CMDB is added advantage
Knowledge in Service Now, any Industry live Monitoring tool is added advantage
Experience in handling Command Center is added advantage
Should have experience in handling Team and Customer facing Experience
Translating the KPIs into operational parameters and set up the overall engagement governance
Conducting a detailed due diligence on the scope of work and specific areas to be transitioned
Working out the interfaces, protocols for dependencies on other service providers
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Support change management at the organizational level
