Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in testing and Handson experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Understand in-depth Agile Scrum processes
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Manage project timelines, identify and manage risks, and monitor progress against project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong background in software testing and quality assurance is must.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
