Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM applications

Oracle EBS R12 HCM and Oracle Cloud HCM experience including:

• In-depth knowledge of data conversion and interoperability between Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Cloud

• Extensive experience with HCM Compensation Workbench

• Expertise in BI Publisher / OTBI reporting

• Experience with developing and managing Fast Formulas

• Experience with customization based on Oracle Redwood framework

• Oracle Fusion and Oracle OIC middleware

PL/SQL development experience

Experience with configuration of and support of Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Senice, Salary Management, Workforce Compensation and HR Data Security

Extensive technical experience in Oracle HR modules
